Nalin is a Project Development and Management Consultant. A thought leader with 38 years in Corporate and Project Finance.  

Nalin is one of the founding members of UdayREP and is currently based in Dubai, UAE.

Renu has been working as a Counselling Psychologist and Life Skills Trainer for the last 10 years. She has been actively involved in a range of community and social work services for about two decades and is one of the founding members of UdayREP.

Prior to this, she worked for over 25 years in the corporate sector in the areas of marketing research, advertising and media in India, Singapore and UK.

Renu is currently based in Gurgaon, India.

MBA MEng AMRAeS

Nikhil is an engineer and consultant focused on the aerospace industry leading multi-cultural teams to deliver transformation projects in Europe and the USA. Nikhil had worked at Rolls-Royce and Boeing, and currently works as Principal at Roland Berger.

He studied aeronautical engineering at Imperial College and attended at the Harvard Business School for his MBA.

Nikhil is one of the founding members of UdayREP and is based in London, UK.

MBBS MSc MRCP (UK)  

Since completing his medical degree, Neeraj has been involved in competitive academic clinical programmes and is currently undertaking a PhD in respiratory failure.  

He is a Major in the British Army and has served on many Exercises abroad including work with NATO. He is currently a Squadron Commander. 

He is based in London, UK.

Rubina is devoted to fighting climate change. Since completing her studies, Rubina has published several papers on sustainable technologies, ran a program to commercialize cleantech start-ups and is currently working as Deeptech / Cleantech Principal at Octopus Ventures. She is also advisor to European Innovations Council and Solar Impulse Foundation.

She is passionate about empowering women in energy and regularly speaks at conferences and women in tech events.

Sara is a second year student at UCLA, studying psychology and business economics. She is a self-taught photographer, and uses her photographs to raise funds for causes she is passionate about.

She has a desire to improve the quality of education and healthcare in rural India, and has worked with UdayREP in the past towards the same.
